BULK SMS
1. Getting Started.
Step 1.
Download the Smart Messenger application by contacting us and Install (read prerequisites carefully before installing) into your computer.
Step2.
Open the Smart Messenger, click
on “New User” in the login window, complete the information in the registration
form, and then press OK.
When you successfully register, you will get the password
to your mobile by SMS. Then login using your complete mobile number and the password
sent to you.
Now you are ready to send SMS from your PC.
2. What are the credits? How I can buy them?
Credits are
the number of messages you send. Generally 1 SMS Credit = 1 SMS message.

• Login
to Smart Messenger, click on ‘SMS Account’ , select ‘Claim Credits’ and enter the
code
3. How much does each message cost?
That depends on: How many credits you buy. The more you buy the cheaper it gets.
Initially you get some free SMS credits when you login into your account.
Thereafter you will need to purchase SMS credits. Generally 1
SMS credit = 1 SMS message.

Are there any other costs involved to send SMS? Are there any other costs involved to send SMS?
There
are no setup fees or monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a
prepay basis. The credits that you buy will be at your disposal only for a period
of 6 months. After 6 months from the date of purchase the credits will be expired.
5. Do I need to be technical to use the service?
Absolutely not. The online user interface has been designed to be simple and easy
to use whether you are an individual or bulk client.
6. Will the system allow 10000 or more simultaneous messages?
Yes, our system can handle over and above that amount of messages per day at a time.
There is no limit.
7. How long does it take to deliver messages?
It depends on how many messages you are sending. Messages can be delivered in a
few seconds. If you have tens or hundreds of thousands of messages to be delivered,
messages can take up to a few minutes to be received. Smart Messenger is designed
for high volume marketing campaigns where the messages must be swiftly, reliably
and consistently delivered.
8. Do you support two-way SMS?
Yes, recipients of messages that you sent via our system can reply to your messages.
The reply messages will be posted to your inbox folder.
9. Do you support non-English text?
Yes, you can send non-English Characters. When you send a personalized or general
SMS you have a language option to choose. You can send English and Arabic messages
only.
10. I registered for this service, but I haven't received my password yet?
Firstly, check if the mobile number you gave is correct. Secondly, check if your
mobile is in the coverage area. Thirdly, check your inbox thoroughly, may be your
inbox is full. Fourthly, contact us by phone or by e-mail.
11. I've forgotten my password. Can you email it to me?
You have no other option then to contact us directly.
